Hey you. Sorry for the late reply. Been busy! Anyway, as for the recipe, it’s so easy!

Fry the spices (coriander ground and seeds), black pepper, cayenne powder and dash of oregano until you can smell the aroma. Lower the heat. Put in chopped garlic. (Depends on how many you want to put in. As for me, I usually use about 5-6 cloves). Season with salt.

Put in the boiled and drained spaghettini in the spices and garlic mix. Stir it around and put about 200ml double cream or thickened cream. Taste the spaghettini. If it’s bland, season with salt and more coriander ground. Mix in the spinach last because you want it crunchy. Not soggy.

As for the salmon, cut into cubes and marinate it about 15 minutes with olive oil (just enough to coat. Don’t drown them :p ), cayenne powder, salt and pepper. Pan fry it.

Serve them with the spaghettini. And tadaaaaaa. Bon appetit!

7 Layer Rainbow Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. Baked this for my sister’s 12th birthday. At first, she thought it was just another normal cake. But when she was cutting the cake, she was surprised how colourful it was. Glad everyone loved the cake. Will definitely bake this again!
